High in Val Thorens, Europe's highest ski resort, this superior five-bedroom apartment at Balcons Val Chavière offers ski-in/ski-out access and its own private sauna, with a communal pool, spa and hot tub. It sits a short walk from the centre and sleeps a large group of up to twelve.
The lounge is built around a log burner, with two sofas, one a pull-out bed, and space for the group to settle in the evenings. Its private sauna offers a warm retreat at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering, with an induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine.
Five bedrooms sleep ten, laid out with twin beds, and the sofa bed lifts the total to twelve. One bathroom has a hydrotherapy bath, joined by three shower rooms and two separate WCs.
Skis and boots go in the ski room, with boot warmers alongside. Beyond the private sauna, the residence shares a swimming pool, spa, hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym. Fresh linen, towels, beds made up on arrival, Wi-Fi and an end-of-stay clean are included.
