Presentation
Ski-in/ski-out at the foot of the Palafour chairlift and the Tovière gondola, this colourful top-floor duplex sits in the Palafour residence in Tignes Le Lac. It looks straight out over the lake to the Grande Motte glacier beyond and has access to a roof terrace with stunning panoramic views. Recently renovated and set across 80 m², this bright apartment sleeps up to six in two bedrooms, or eight with the sofa bed. That suits a family or a group of friends.
The lower level is given over to a large living room, with a lounge, a dining area and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. With a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a washing machine, self-catering is straightforward. Armchairs, a settee and a flat-screen TV fill out the lounge. The sofa bed sleeps two extra if you need it.
The first bedroom, also on this level, has two single beds that push together as a double. A pair of bunk beds cleverly pulls out from above, but can be kept out of the way if not required, making this a flexible room for four singles, or a couple, or a couple with kids. A shower room with a toilet is on the same floor. Upstairs, the double bedroom has its own shower and basin.
Guests have access to the Palafour's roof terrace, with a panoramic view across the lake, the Grande Motte and the Tovière. Four lifts serve the building, and a private ski locker sits in the basement. The residence's shopping gallery has ski shops, a supermarket, a bakery, pubs and restaurants, and the Lagon water park is 50 metres away. Wi-Fi and towels are included and the beds are made before you arrive. A cot and high chair are already in the apartment.
A top-floor view over the lake and ski-in/ski-out access make this Palafour duplex a standout in Tignes Le Lac. It suits a family or group of friends looking to explore the 300 km Tignes-Val d'Isère Ski Area.
