Presentation
Positioned at the foot of the Boisses Gondola in Tignes 1800, L'Altaviva is just 50 metres from the slopes. The Comfort+ apartments are the largest of the Comfort-rated options in the residence, spanning 50 to 58 m², and work well for families or small groups of up to six. After a day on the mountain, the heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna are a welcome way to wind down. Note that Comfort-rated apartments come with floor beds rather than raised frames.
A fireplace sits at the heart of the living area, giving the space a cosy, alpine feel. Alongside it, a dining area, sofa bed for two and flat-screen TV make for a comfortable base in the evenings. The balcony or terrace is a lovely place to sit with a coffee and watch the slopes come to life in the morning. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher and coffee machine among the key appliances.
Sleeping is arranged across two bedrooms, both with twin beds, accommodating four guests, with the sofa bed sleeping a further two. One bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer, hair dryer and separate WC is complemented by an additional shower room — useful when everyone is heading out to the slopes at the same time.
Each apartment includes a heated ski locker in the shared ski room, with on-site laundry also available. Parking can be arranged nearby at an extra cost and needs to be booked ahead of arrival. Beds are made up on arrival, bathroom linen is included and Wi-Fi runs throughout.
