Presentation
Chalet Gypaète's top floor is the half of the building this stay occupies, and it comes with a sauna. It sits in Les Almes, a quiet corner of Tignes Le Lac, with the lifts 80 metres away. Across 90 m² there are five bedrooms and room for ten, plus a fireplace in the lounge and a large balcony off it. A larger family would fit it well, as would a group of friends.
Lounge and dining room run together, with a table for ten, a large sofa, three armchairs and a desk in the corner. A fireplace warms the room and the balcony opens off it. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, a ceramic hob and a coffee machine, so catering for ten stays simple.
Two of the five bedrooms have twin beds, a private shower room each and a balcony they share. A third is arranged the same way, with its own. The last pair, one with twin beds and one with a double, share a fourth between them. There is a separate WC on the floor as well.
The sauna is part of the price rather than an extra, and it is where a day on the snow is undone.
Firewood is included, with a cot and a high chair for younger guests. Towels are provided, beds are made before arrival, and an end-of-stay clean is covered. Ski lockers with a boot warmer sit by the shared entrance downstairs.
