An open fireplace warms the living room of Chalet Stratus, a modern catered home in St Anton am Arlberg for six to seven guests. Its three double bedrooms are all en-suite. It shares a sauna, a Turkish steam room and a heated outdoor pool with two neighbouring chalets. A family or a small group of friends will find it a good fit.
Wood and natural stone give the interior a warm alpine character, with a comfortable seating area for relaxing together. The hosts serve a hearty breakfast and, on six evenings, a three-course dinner, with a drink in the late afternoon too. They also keep the chalet tidy while you are out skiing.
Each of the three bedrooms is a modern double with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower. One can be set up for three, which takes the total to seven.
Back from Ski Arlberg, guests can unwind in the sauna, the steam room or the relaxation area, with a rain shower to freshen up. The open-air pool is the standout, a treat for children and adults alike.
