Presentation
On a quiet side street just off the main street of Serfaus, Chalet Gretl has an authentic Tyrolean interior and a warm, homely feel. Up to 28 guests stay in 14 bedrooms, many facing south towards the mountains and several with their own balcony. Families, friends and smaller company groups will enjoy having both shared space and privacy.
The communal rooms are on the first floor. A separate dining room brings the whole group together for an extensive breakfast and, on six evenings, a three-course dinner. The cosy living room is perfect for a drink, a chat about the day or a game. Beer, house wine, soft drinks, coffee and tea are included, and extras such as an Aperol package can be added.
The 14 bedrooms are grouped into ten rooms and self-contained units for two to five guests. Several units have more than one bedroom and two bathrooms. Many rooms also have a seating area of their own, a quiet spot to retreat to.
A heated ski room stores skis and boots, and the Dorfbahn, the village's underground railway, stops 50 metres away to carry you to the lifts. Serfaus is a car-free village, but five parking spaces can be reserved for a fee. Wi-Fi is free, pets are welcome on request and the final clean is included. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away.
Sunny balconies and a homely Tyrolean feel make Chalet Gretl a lovely place to stay right by the centre of Serfaus. Several generations of one family or a big party of friends will have a wonderful time on the 214 km Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.
