Presentation
This chalet sits just 50 m from the Saint-Martin-de-Belleville gondola, giving straightforward access to the slopes from the ski lockers outside the door. Arranged over about 130 m² for up to 10 guests, it pairs an outdoor jacuzzi and private sauna with wide mountain views, a bright dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. Furnishings are simple and considered, making it a practical, comfortable base close to village shops and the snow front.
The main living level centres on a light, open dining area with large windows and access to a west-facing terrace. The terrace has a private jacuzzi and an outdoor dining setup for enjoying the late-day sun. The adjoining kitchen is equipped for uncomplicated self-catering: ceramic hob, fridge–freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine.
A mezzanine TV lounge one floor up offers a quiet 20 m² space with panoramic views — useful for children, teens or anyone wanting to unwind away from the main living area.
Sleeping is split across the two lower levels:
Level –1 has an en-suite twin room with bath and toilet, plus two further twin bedrooms with plenty of storage. A separate shower room and separate toilet serve these rooms.
Level –2 has two additional twin bedrooms, a separate bathroom with bath and double sinks, and another separate toilet. This level also houses the wellness area with sauna, a large Italian shower and cold-water hose, along with a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer.
Two covered parking spaces and Wi-Fi are included. In winter, beds are made on arrival and towels, bathmats and tea towels are provided. The chalet is non-smoking and does not accept pets. With lif access just steps away, a private sauna and jacuzzi, and a layout well suited to families and mixed groups, this is an excellent base for a ski holiday in Saint-Martin-de-Belleville.
