Chalet Alpensport in Saalbach-Hinterglemm is a big, welcoming catered home with its own house bar and sauna. It sleeps up to 45 guests in 20 bedrooms, all en-suite and many with a balcony. Companies, clubs and large families wanting a fully catered week together will find plenty of room here.
A reception greets you at the door, and a lift serves the floors. The cosy living and dining area has several seating corners. This is where the day starts with an extensive breakfast and ends with a three-course dinner, served by the hosts on six evenings. In between, the bar is the natural meeting point, with beer, wine and soft drinks chilled and ready from the end of the afternoon.
The rooms range from singles to a quadruple, so the layout adapts to almost any group. Spread over three upper floors are four singles, eight twins, seven triples and a room for four.
Back from the slopes, skis and boards go in the heated ski room, and ski rental is available at the sports shop next door. The village centre, with Saalbach's lively après-ski, is within walking distance. Nine parking spaces can be reserved for a fee, Wi-Fi is free and pets are welcome by arrangement. Made-up beds, towels and the final clean all come with the stay.
