Presentation
An eight-minute walk from the heart of Morzine, Chalet Genepi is a modern chalet where design takes centre stage, from the spectacular staircase to the chandeliers. It has a hot tub looking towards the Pleney runs, a pool table and its own gym. Six bedrooms sleep 12, and two big entertaining spaces let a large party of friends and family spread out. In winter, a private driver can be booked at extra cost. Call or WhatsApp at any hour and a minibus aims to be there within 20 minutes. It drops skiers at any Morzine or Les Gets lift, or at Ardent or Prodains when the group fancies Avoriaz.
The top floor is the main living space. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Pleney pistes, and a modern log fire sets the tone for evenings in. The dining table seats 12 or more and looks out to the forest, while the kitchen has a breakfast bar and a Nespresso machine. Doors open onto a terrace with dining furniture, ready for a vin chaud in the snow.
