Presentation
A hot tub on the sundeck and a wood-burning stove in the lounge set the tone at Chalet Bobb, a three-bedroom stable conversion on the outskirts of Morzine. It sleeps six in three en-suite bedrooms, which suits a family or friends sharing. Morzine centre is a flat 10-minute walk away, and from 08:15 to 18:00 the free bus at the nearby L'Elé stop runs into town for the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts. The chalet's winter driver service comes at extra cost. Call or WhatsApp day or night and the minibus will run skiers to any lift in Morzine or Les Gets, or collect the group after dinner.
Floor-to-ceiling glass fills the open-plan entrance level with light and looks out towards the Parc des Dérêches. Meals happen around a large dining table set with rocking chairs, close to the warmth of the stove. The sociable kitchen opens onto the lounge, with a laundry room tucked behind, and the balcony enjoys sun all day before a staircase leads down to the decking.
In the master, a king-size bed faces an internal window over the living room, so the valley views carry through, and they can be glimpsed from the freestanding bath too. Both other bedrooms switch between doubles and twins and have their own shower rooms.
Skis and boots live in the store by the front door, where heated racks dry boots overnight. Ski hire can be fitted on site for an extra charge, and the parking takes four cars. In summer, bikes go in a lockable store, with a covered corner for repairs. Pets are welcome, and Wi-Fi and The White Company toiletries come as standard. For a bigger group, the chalet can be combined with Apartment Deux Chevaux on the floor below and booked as Four Twenty L'Elé, sleeping up to 12.
