Presentation
Chalet Blanc is a cosy five-bedroom home in a small wooded development between Morzine and Montriond, with a wraparound deck looking over Pointe de Nyon, Pleney, Mont Chéry and the Parc des Dérêches. Inside, the living space centres on a log-burning fire, perfect after a day on the slopes. It sleeps ten, with space for a large family party or a group of old friends. Morzine is ten to 15 minutes away on foot along a flat pavement, or the free bus nearby links the town centre with the Ardent lift. In winter, a private driver can be added at extra cost. A call or WhatsApp, day or night, brings a minibus to the door within about 20 minutes, ready for the lifts of Morzine and Les Gets or dinner in town.
Windows on every side fill the open-plan entrance level with sunshine. One seating area faces the fire, while a snug corner has the TV. The fully equipped kitchen, with a Nespresso machine, is part of the same floor, so the cook stays in the conversation. Out on the deck, one dining table catches the morning sun and a second is set for evening sunsets and dinners outdoors.
The upper floor has three spacious bedrooms, each with a large en-suite. Two can be set up as super kings or twins, and the third has a king-size bed. One en-suite has a bath as well as a shower. On the lower floor, two more bedrooms can be doubles or twins, each with its own shower room.
Downstairs, the TV room has twinkling ceiling lights and UK Sky TV, ready for a film night, and a laundry room has a washer and dryer. A garage holds one car, with one more space outside, and there is storage for skis and boots. High-speed Starlink Wi-Fi and The White Company toiletries are provided, and the chalet is pet-friendly. For bigger groups, Chalet Lorne next door can be added, taking the total up to 22.
