Presentation
At the start of the Vallée de la Manche, on the peaceful edge of Morzine, Chalet Aubois looks across the valley to the Pleney and Nyon pistes. Its landscaped garden and deck have a large hot tub, a barbecue and sun loungers, perfect for watching the weekly fireworks. With five bedrooms for ten, or 12 using the sofa bed, it has room for a big house party of friends and family. The Nyon cable car is a minute away by car. In winter a private driver can be added at extra cost: a call or WhatsApp at any hour brings a minibus within about 20 minutes, to the lifts or into the village.
The open-plan living and dining area takes in the view through wraparound windows and French doors. A log fire, a large TV and a Sonos sound system make it a cosy place to unwind. The kitchen is well set up, with a large pantry, wine fridges and two ovens, ready for the group to cook, or for a private chef booked at extra cost.
The master bedroom has a super king bed, an en-suite shower room and French windows onto a large balcony overlooking the village. Two more bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, one with views over the garden. The remaining two share a very large bathroom and a separate WC, and both have balconies. All four of these rooms can be made up as kings or twins. A double sofa bed in the cinema room sleeps two more.
On the entrance level, the cinema room is ready for film nights, and a large laundry has a separate washer and dryer. The boot room has heated boot and glove racks, and the secure garage stores bikes in summer. There is parking for three cars in front.
