Presentation
Ski-in/ski-out onto the Rhodos piste, this is a vast duplex in the Antarès residence in Méribel, with seven bedrooms for up to 15 guests. It is made for large families or groups of friends. The apartment has its own private wellness area with a sauna and hammam, while the residence spa adds a 25-metre indoor pool, jacuzzi and much more. It sits in Méribel's Rond Point area, close to Le Rond Point, the lively après-ski venue on the slopes above the resort centre.
All the shared space is on the upper floor. A cathedral-ceilinged lounge with a fireplace opens onto a generous terrace right on the piste, with views across to La Saulire and down the valley. Open-plan to the dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, so whoever is cooking stays part of the evening.
Downstairs, most of the bedrooms are en-suite, giving everyone space to get ready in private. Five hold a double bed, one has a single plus bunk beds and another a single. There are eight bathrooms in all, five of them shower rooms. Children also have a large play area set aside just for them.
Alongside the sauna and hammam, the private wellness area has a fitness room and a massage room, ready to soothe tired legs after a busy day on the slopes. The residence spa goes further still, starting with a salt water pool the children will love. Multi-temperature pools, a salt grotto, a sauna, a hammam, an ice fountain, relaxation cocoons, cryotherapy and ten treatment cabins complete it. Younger guests also have a pool of their own, plus a playroom and a teens' games room.
Service is a real strength. A concierge is on hand day and night, a porter takes care of luggage and valet parking is included. Guests get around the resort on the residence's private shuttle, and the Lounge Bar is a handy spot for a drink or a bite to eat after skiing. Naos is one of the slope-side buildings, so the residence ski room, with its private heated lockers, and an in-house ski shop for rental and servicing sit right beside the piste. Indoor parking, Wi-Fi and towels are all provided, and a mid-stay clean is included. The residence and the apartment are wheelchair accessible, although the bathrooms are not adapted.
Direct access to the piste, a private sauna and hammam plus a residence spa with a pool and jacuzzi make this duplex a remarkable place to stay in Méribel. For a big family or a group of friends skiing or snowboarding the Three Valleys, it is a superb home from home.
