A duplex penthouse spans the third and fourth floors of the Génepi residence in Méribel, covering 182 m² with 70 m² of terraces. Five bedrooms sleep ten, each with a bathroom or shower room of its own. A private sauna sits on the lower floor, and a fireplace warms the cathedral living room above. It is set up nicely for a large group or several families travelling together.
The cathedral living room takes the upper floor, with a large dining table for ten and a semi-open kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher and coffee machine. The fireplace comes with the wood, and an extensive library of novels and comics sits alongside. Terraces run off both levels, giving 70 m² of outdoor space with mountain views.
Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, two of them opening onto the terrace, and two more hold king-size beds or twins. Every bedroom has its own bathroom or shower room, and a guest WC serves the living floor.
The private sauna is there to warm through once the lifts have closed. A ski room is allocated to the apartment, with warmers to dry the boots.
Parking comes with the stay and the residence's concierge is on hand through the week. Bathrobes and towels come with the apartment, which is cleaned regularly, and the beds are made before arrival. An end-of-stay clean is included.
