Presentation
This triplex penthouse’s standout features are its private wellness and gym spaces: a steam room (Turkish bath), sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi on one of the balconies, plus a dedicated fintness area with Technogym equipment. Set across the 2nd and 3rd floors of Chalet B in the lower hamlet of Falcon Lodge, it offers 264m² for up to fourteen guests (maximum eight adults) and even has a private lift. The residence also provides an excellent shared wellness area with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Practical extras include a heated ski room, an on-site rental shop and private underground parking.
The living area is geared for easy get-togethers, with a gas fireplace, TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen so the cook stays in the conversation. Three balconies draw in the light and mountain air, with one set up for moonlight soaks in the jacuzzi as snow falls all around you.
Sleeping works well for mixed groups. There are six bedrooms in total, including four doubles (each with an en-suite) and two additional bunk rooms well-suited to children. There are a total of five bathrooms giving plenty of space to avoid a morning rush or evening shower queue.
You’re roughly 250 metres from the Morel chairlift/Hulotte piste, so getting onto the mountain each morning is straightforward. Back at base, the private spa and gym give you a comfortable way to recover and reset after a day skiing in Méribel.
