Le Cygne is a luxurious penthouse apartment with a private sauna, set in the Belvédère area of Méribel. The Rhodos piste and the Rond Point are a short walk away, and guests can ski back close to the door after their last run. Four bedrooms sleep eight, a lovely fit for an extended family or a group of friends.
Vaulted three-metre ceilings and expansive bay windows fill the open-plan living space with natural light and show off stunning mountain views. A modern ethanol fire gives the room a warm focus after skiing, and underfloor heating keeps the apartment cosy throughout. Fully equipped, down to the Nespresso machine and dishwasher, the kitchen suits a chef or guests who like to cook.
Both the master bedroom and a second double have their own en-suite. The remaining pair, one of which can be set up as a twin, share a spacious Jack and Jill bathroom, giving three bathrooms in total.
The private sauna eases stiff legs, a massage room doubles as a calm space for yoga, and the master's bathroom adds a hammam shower.
Stays can be catered or serviced self-catered. Choose catered for a professional chef and a host, with breakfast every morning and five evening meals, plus wines, champagne and cocktails. Serviced guests have regular cleaning, and an all-day driver service comes with both.
A ski locker with boot warmers keeps boots dry and ready. Two covered parking spaces, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with international channels and a Sonos sound system are all included, along with dressing gowns.
Soaring ceilings, a sauna of its own and bay windows full of peaks make Le Cygne a stylish hideaway in Méribel. Four couples or a family party of eight can ski the Three Valleys from here and come back to the sauna.
