Presentation
The village of Finkenberg, close to Mayrhofen in the Zillertal, is home to Chalet Demlhof, a spacious catered home for up to 29 guests. Every one of its 12 bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with mountain views. Large families, groups of friends and companies wanting to stay under one roof will find room to spare.
Traditional Austrian character runs through the shared living and dining area on the first floor. This is where the group gathers for breakfast and comes back together for dinner. A separate TV lounge offers a quieter corner, and the south-facing terrace catches the sun well into the afternoon.
The hosts prepare breakfast every morning and a freshly cooked three-course dinner on six evenings, with soft drinks, beer and wine included. They also take care of the daily cleaning while you are on the slopes.
The 12 bedrooms are spread over the upper three floors. There are nine twins or doubles, a triple and two rooms for four, and one twin also has a single sofa bed.
The heated ski storage is on the same floor as the living area, handy at the end of the day. Six parking spaces sit at the chalet, the Wi-Fi is free and beds are made for your arrival. For après-ski, the Laterndl Pub is nearby, and Mayrhofen's livelier bars are a taxi ride away.
