Presentation
This impressive 115 m² apartment at Le Hameau de la Sapinière comes with a private sauna and was renovated in the summer of 2026. It is spread across three levels and comfortably sleeps up to ten guests — an excellent choice for larger families or groups who like to travel together without feeling on top of one another. Set in the peaceful, elevated Reberty area above Les Menuires, it offers true ski-in/ski-out access into the Three Valleys, while the resort centre is just a short walk away via a pedestrian path. After a big day on the mountain, the residence’s wellness area — complete with sauna, hammam, hot tub and massage room — provides the perfect place to ease tired legs.
Inside, the generous layout makes group stays feel easy and sociable. The welcoming living area is centred around a fireplace, creating a warm alpine atmosphere for relaxed evenings, with a flat-screen TV for added comfort. Doors open onto a private balcony, offering a lovely spot to take in the mountain air. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for straightforward self-catering, including a dishwasher and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, so catering for a full house is simple and enjoyable.
The sleeping configuration is particularly well suited to larger groups. There are two double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms, giving flexibility across six distinct sleeping areas. Four shower rooms, including one with the sauna ensure there’s plenty of washing space for everyone. With three WCs in total — one of them separate — mornings remain manageable even with ten guests preparing for the slopes.
Ski lockers make equipment storage convenient, and optional private parking is available on site, rounding out the practical benefits. Altogether, this spacious, ski-in/ski-out alpine retreat with a private sauna is ideal for larger groups looking for a ski holiday in Les Menuires and seamless access to the vast Three Valleys ski area.
