In the centre of Les Gets, Le Coin Perdu is a grand duplex penthouse above Les Sources du Chéry, a luxury day spa. It has double-height ceilings, a professional bar with a full-size pool table and an outdoor hot tub looking over the village. Five bedrooms sleep ten, or 11 at most, making it ideal for an extended family or a large group of friends. Les Gets' shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep.
Entertaining is what the entrance level does best. The bar has drinks fridges, ice machines and a glass washer, with designer stools along the counter and the pool table close by. Surround sound and a big screen above the counter suit music and sport. The hot tub is just a step outside.
Four bedrooms and a bunk room share this floor. The master has a super king bed, a freestanding copper bath in the room, its own shower room and French doors to a large balcony over the slopes. Three more rooms can be made up as kings or twins. Two have en-suite shower rooms, while the third has a shower room and WC next door, plus a balcony with loungers. The bunk room has a double bed with a single above, good for children or adults.
Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge are just as grand. A chandelier hangs above the dining table, with a glass wine cellar behind it holding the owners' collection. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a Nespresso machine and dishwasher, making dinner parties easy to host. Floor-to-ceiling windows look over the Chavannes piste to the Les Gets sign.
