Presentation
Arranged over around 250 m², this architect-designed chalet sleeps up to 12 guests and balances contemporary comfort with a warm, alpine feel. A generous 50 m² terrace with got tub, opens the living spaces to wide mountain views adding valuable outdoor room for fresh air, apres drinks in the sun or relaxing in bubbles under the stars.
The main living area is designed for group living. A fully equipped kitchen — with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge–freezer, coffee machine and raclette set — opens directly onto the lounge, making it simple to cook and stay connected with the rest of the group. A large corner sofa and TV create a relaxed central space for winding down, while the table football will keep people entertained. Natural light keeps the room bright throughout the day.
The mezzanine adds another useful social space, fitted with a pool table for evening games or downtime between ski days. It works well as a secondary hangout for kids, without pulling activity away from the main living space.Outside, the terrace becomes a real highlight. Furnished for lingering outdoors and positioned to capture the surrounding snow-covered peaks, it’s an ideal spot to step into the hot tub, stretch out in the fresh air or simply enjoy the view.
Sleeping is spread across five bedrooms plus a spacious mezzanine, giving flexibility for families and mixed groups. Layout includes ground-floor bedrooms, one with its own bathroom and sofa bed, additional en-suite accommodation on the first floor, and two further double bedrooms on the upper level. In total there are three bathrooms and three toilets, helping to avoid bathroom queues when everyone is getting ready at the same time.
