Presentation
With its own hot tub and sauna, Chalet Lunor is a warm, high-end home in Les Deux Alpes, looking out to the Écrins. Spread over three levels served by a lift, it sleeps 14 across five bedrooms, with room for a larger family or a big group of friends.
The ground floor is one large living space under a cathedral ceiling. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the room and has an island. Two tables push together to seat 14, and a corner sofa and armchairs gather round a decorative electric fireplace. A mezzanine with ottomans is a quiet place to read, and large bay windows open onto a spacious terrace with a table and chairs.
On the level below, the green bedroom can be made up as a double or twins and has an en-suite shower room with toilet. The violet bedroom, also en-suite, is fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility. The orange dormitory, in raw wood, has three sets of bunk beds and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, double basins and a separate toilet. On the lowest level, the blue and red bedrooms can also be set up as doubles or twins, each with its own shower room.
A sauna awaits in the wellness area, and a terrace with the hot tub is ready for a soak after a day in the mountains. The chalet's private shuttle is included for trips to the lifts and around the resort, and the ski room has a boot dryer. There is a laundry room, two semi-covered parking spaces and an electric car charging point, and a chef can be arranged for an additional fee. For groups of up to 26, the adjoining Chalet Solyn can be booked too.
Its own hot tub and sauna, and the Écrins on the horizon, set Chalet Lunor apart in Les Deux Alpes. A larger family or group of friends will have a memorable week in a high resort that holds its snow well.
