Chalet L’Ours Polaire is arranged over about 240 m² to accommodate up to 14 guests, with private wellness that book-ends the day—sink into the hot tub out on the terrace, warm tired legs in the sauna, then settle by the fire while plans for tomorrow take shape. The layout suits families and mixed groups, with space to spread out and a welcoming, fire-lit heart to come back to after the mountain.
Getting around is straightforward thanks to the free, on-request VIP shuttle, which take you whereever you wish to go within resort. Shops and bars are roughly 250 m away if you fancy a stroll; the lifts are further, and in ski boots most guests prefer the shuttle—especially useful with children or when rushimng for ski lessons or for a dinner reservation. You can also ski back to within about 200 m of the chalet at day’s end.
Inside, the living area opens onto the terrace and centres on a real fireplace, with an adjoining kitchen set up for proper cooking—oven and hob for hearty dinners, fridge–freezer for big shops, dishwasher for quick clear-ups, coffee machines for slow starts and a raclette set for the inevitable cheese night. Meals flow easily from kitchen to table and on to the sofas as the evening unwinds.
