Chalet L’Ours Brun sits in a quiet residential area of Les Deux Alpes and is arranged over about 250 m² to accommodate up to 14 guests. It’s a welcoming mountain base with private wellness on tap—enjoy the bubbling outdoor hot tub, warm aching muscles in the sauna, relax in a fire-lit lounge or do all three after the day on the slopes.
Getting around is straightforward thanks to the free, on-request VIP shuttle, which will take you to the lifts, the slopes or the resort centre and back again whenever you’re ready. If you prefer to stretch your legs, shops and bars etc are around 250 m away the lifts are further and while within walking range the shuttle is preferable in ski boots and is especially useful with children or when timing lessons or dinner reservations.
Inside, the living space feels warm and sociable without fuss. A real fireplace anchors the lounge and opens onto the terrace, while the adjoining kitchen is set up for proper cooking: oven and hob for hearty dinners, fridge–freezer for big shops, dishwasher for quick clear-ups, coffee machines for slow starts and a raclette set for cheese-filled evenings. Meals naturally spill from the kitchen to the table and on to the sofas as the conversation drifts.
