This large chalet in Arc 1800 is aroun d 200m from the slopes and is arranged over around 285 m² for up to 15 guests. With a full private wellness area — a heated indoor pool with counter-current swimming, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna — plus a dedicated cinema and games room. South-west exposure gives open views across the slopes and towards Mont Blanc, and the pistes are within walking distance for straightforward access to skiing.
The main living level is a 60 m² open space with a seating area around a gas fireplace, a dining area that seats the whole group and a well-equipped kitchen, all opening to a terrace with mountain views. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge–freezer and dishwasher, making self-catering or hosting a chef simple. A ski room at the entrance keeps equipment organised.
Sleeping is spread across six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower room and toilet. Five bedrooms offer 180 × 200 cm double beds, most with balcony access, and several add extra sleeping options such as a wall bed. The lower level includes a large family room with a double bed, two bunk beds and a wall bed, plus an annexe with two further bunk beds, a shower and a small kitchen — a flexible layout for families or groups sharing.
The private wellness floor includes the heated pool (3 × 6 m), sauna, hammam and shower, with direct access to a terrace where you’ll find the outdoor jacuzzi. The top level houses the cinema and games room, equipped with a home-cinema setup, billiards, table football and arcade games — particularly useful for mixed-age groups or bad-weather days.
Practical touches include Wi-Fi, a parking space and a laundry area, with luggage assistance for arrival and departure. Beds are made for your arrival, linen and towels are provided, there is daily light cleaning with a mid-week towel change, firewood is supplied, and final cleaning is included.
