Presentation
Chalet Ostra sits on the edge of the slopes in Arc 1600 in Les Arcs, with ski-in/ski-out access. Adjoining other chalets but completely independent, it spreads 220 m² over three levels. Its south-facing terrace looks out over the valley and the surrounding peaks. Six bedrooms sleep 12, well suited to an extended family or a large group of friends.
On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island opens into a bright 35 m² living and dining area. Fitted with a dishwasher and a coffee machine, the kitchen makes self-catering simple. The table seats all 12, and the room leads straight onto the terrace. Upstairs, a second lounge has a kitchenette, a bar and a wine cellar. A fire and a large retractable screen make it a good spot for evenings in, and its balcony takes in the view.
The bedrooms are spread across all three levels, and most have a TV. On the ground floor is a master bedroom with its own shower room. On the upper floor, another bedroom has a full bathroom with a bathtub. A mountain corner with a bunk bed and a further bathroom complete the upstairs. The lower level holds two bedrooms with single beds that can be pushed together, plus a dormitory with two sets of bunks, good for children or friends sharing. Two more shower rooms serve this level, for five bathrooms in all.
Downstairs, the ski room has 12 boot dryers and a secure, heated staircase straight out to the slopes. A private parking space is a few metres from the chalet. A mid-stay clean is included, and two washer-dryers are useful for longer stays. Every bed is made and towels are laid out before you arrive. Catered meals, daily cleaning, grocery delivery and airport transfers can be arranged at extra cost.
In Les Arcs, Chalet Ostra combines ski-in/ski-out access with two lounges and a bar. Groups of up to 12, whether family or friends, will have a fantastic week here skiing Paradiski, one of Europe's largest ski areas.
