Presentation
One of the very few chalets on the Croisette in Arc 1800 in Les Arcs, Chalet des Cerfs is a recently built 160 m² home. It has panoramic views of the Tarentaise valley, the Beaufortain and Mont Blanc, plus an 80 m² south-west-facing terrace. Three bedrooms sleep ten, with room for an extended family or a lively group of friends.
Beyond the cosy entrance, a spacious living and dining room opens up, with designer lighting and sleek furniture. Its majestic fireplace, with wood provided, makes for warm evenings. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and made for outdoor living. Above, a large mezzanine with a big sofa doubles as a games area, with table football, darts and an arcade cabinet that adults enjoy as much as children.
The bedrooms are on the lower level. Two have a double bed, and a large dormitory has six single beds, good for children or friends sharing. The floor also has a bathroom with a bath, a shower and a washing machine, plus a separate shower room and toilet.
There is a large ski room with boot and glove dryers, and three parking spaces in front of the chalet. Wi-Fi and Netflix are included, and towels are provided. Pets are not accepted.
