Accessed via level 3, the ground floor opens into a vast living room framed by spectacular views over the valley and surrounding peaks, with direct access to a terrace. It’s a superb space for gathering the whole group, whether that’s for celebratory dinners or relaxed evenings by the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen makes catering for a crowd straightforward, and a cellar provides additional storage. This level also includes a mix of twin and double bedrooms — one double with en-suite shower room and balcony, one twin with balcony access, and a further twin bedroom — alongside a bathroom with WC.

Upstairs on level 4, the sleeping accommodation continues with a combination of three twin and two en-suite double bedrooms, several enjoying balconies with views across either the slopes or the valley. A cabin room with bunk beds offers a practical option for children, and a bedroom with three single beds and en-suite facilities provides extra flexibility for mixed groups. While some bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms and WCs, there are two additional shower rooms with toilets on this level, ensuring comfort and convenience even with a full house. 

On the top floor, the mezzanine level creates a sociable and versatile sleeping space with five single beds, served by its own shower room and WC — ideal for younger guests or those happy to share.
