Presentation
Set right on the slopes in La Rosière, the Balcons residence puts this five-bedroom apartment within ski-in/ski-out reach, with a pool, spa, hot tub and sauna to come back to. It sleeps a larger group of up to twelve.
A warming log burner anchors the living room, where a pull-out sofa bed adds two further places and a balcony opens to the outdoors. The semi-open plan kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with an induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine.
All five bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, each with a hydrotherapy bath. A separate shower room and WC serve the living area, and the sofa bed lifts the count to twelve; several apartments here run as duplexes over two levels.
Skis and boots go in the ski room, with boot warmers alongside and covered parking close by. The shared wellness facilities take in a swimming pool, spa, hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym. Fresh linen, towels, beds made up on arrival, Wi-Fi and an end-of-stay clean are all included.
With doorstep skiing and its pool and spa facilities, the Balcons residence is a dependable base right on the slopes of La Rosière. It suits a larger group skiing the French-Italian Espace San Bernardo.
