Presentation
Set right on the piste in La Rosière, this family apartment at the Balcons residence offers ski-in/ski-out access and a pool, spa, hot tub and sauna, with comfortable room for up to eight.
The living area has a pull-out sofa bed for two and a balcony for fresh air between runs. A semi-open plan kitchen is fitted for self-catering, with an induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine for sociable group meals around the table.
Two bedrooms are joined by a separate cabin fitted with bunks, giving three bedrooms in all; the bunks suit children or friends sharing. A hydrotherapy bath sits in the main bathroom, with a further shower room and one or two WCs alongside.
The ski room keeps skis and boots to hand, with boot warmers and covered parking close by. Guests also share a swimming pool, spa, hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym. Fresh linen, towels, beds prepared on arrival, Wi-Fi and an end-of-stay clean are included, so there is little to sort out on arrival.
With doorstep skiing and its pool and spa facilities, the Balcons residence is a practical choice in La Rosière. It is well suited to a family skiing the French-Italian Espace San Bernardo.
