Presentation
The largest of Les Chalets du Cocoon, Chalet Le Cocoon is a luxurious 400 m² home in Plagne 1800 in La Plagne. It has a private sauna and a jacuzzi for five on its terrace, facing Mont Blanc. An elevator links both floors, and the nearest ski lift is about 100 metres away. Seven bedrooms sleep 19 (max 16 adults), a natural fit for a big gathering of families or friends.
The lounge has a generous sofa and a pellet fireplace, and the dining table seats up to 20. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an induction hob, a large oven, a dishwasher and a professional coffee maker. A bar with a beer tap for 6-litre barrels, sold at reception, keeps the evenings lively. Younger guests have their own area with games and a DVD player.
On the ground floor, five bedrooms each have a bathroom and toilet. Three have a double bed, two with a bath and one with a shower. The other two can be set up as doubles or twins, each with a child's bed and its own bath or shower. Upstairs, a family bedroom has a double plus two singles on a mezzanine, and another has a double and a child's bed on a mezzanine. Both have outdoor space looking to Mont Blanc.
The sauna and jacuzzi are ready for unwinding after skiing. Boots go in the private ski room, with its boot dryer, and there is a laundry and parking for seven cars, two of them in a garage. Bathrobes and towels are provided, the beds are made before you arrive, and pets are welcome for a fee.
A jacuzzi with Mont Blanc views, a sauna and a bar of its own make Chalet Le Cocoon a standout in La Plagne. Large groups and several families together will have a memorable week here, exploring the Paradiski area.
