Presentation
A brand-new private hot tub, set on a spacious balcony with stunning views, is the star of Chalet Boudu. This cosy catered home sits just 200 metres from the snow front in La Plagne 1800. Its three en-suite bedrooms sleep seven, a comfortable fit for a family or a small group of friends. La Mine bar is close by for après-ski. Moments from the door, a stop for the free resort bus has services every 15 minutes to Plagne Centre and Plagne Bellecôte.
External stairs lead up to the first floor. Here the kitchen and dining area open through to the living room, warmed by a log-burning fire, with the balcony just beyond.
Welcome drinks get the week started, with tea and coffee always to hand. The hosts lay on breakfast daily, cooked on most mornings, and a cake from the oven greets you each afternoon. On five evenings they serve three courses with wine or beer, plus a cheeseboard for anyone still hungry. Their two nights off give you the chance to dine out in the village, and a recommendation is only a question away.
All three bedrooms sit together on the top floor: two doubles, plus a triple that works well for children or friends sharing.
Out on the ground floor, skis go in the ski store and boots onto the warmer, ready for the morning. Daily housekeeping and Wi-Fi come as standard. Shared transfers from Geneva are included when you fly in before 1pm on changeover Saturday and home after 2pm seven days later. For a larger party, Chalet Choucas directly opposite can be booked alongside.
