With a stream running past the front and mountains rising behind, Chalet Sonnwend sits just 100 metres from the centre of Fieberbrunn. This catered home sleeps up to 72 guests, and every one of its 31 bedrooms has a balcony. Clubs, companies and big family gatherings can stay together under one roof.
Authentic Austrian decor gives the house a warm, cosy feel. Alongside the dining room there is a traditional stube and a house bar, ideal for evenings with the whole group. Six chalet hosts look after breakfast each morning and a three-course dinner on six evenings, with beer, wine and soft drinks included.
Across the three upper floors are four singles, 17 twins or doubles, five triples and five rooms for four. Every bedroom has a bathroom with a bath or shower.
A heated ski room stores skis and boots, and there is plenty of parking. Children will enjoy the play area beside the chalet, and several hiking trails begin nearby. Wi-Fi is free, the beds are ready when you arrive, towels are provided and the final clean is included.
