A terrace off the living area and a bathroom to every bedroom set this sixth-floor apartment up for a group that likes its own space. Across 110 m², four bedrooms sleep eight. In the centre of Courchevel Moriond, the Sundance opens for the 2026-27 winter with five stars. A swimming pool, spa and hot tub see out the end of the day. The ski school is 20 metres from the door, which works well for a larger family or a group of friends.
Fully equipped and open-plan, the kitchen shares the room with a lounge and television, so cooking happens in company. Self-catering is covered by a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, and a washing machine earns its place over a longer stay. The terrace opens off the same space and catches the sun through the afternoon.
Each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. Three hold double beds, and the fourth is windowless, which suits children or friends sharing.
The residence spa is built around a swimming pool, with a hot tub, sauna and steam room alongside a massage room and a fitness room. It offers somewhere to ease tired legs once the lifts have closed.
Ski storage sits in the residence's ski room, where boot warmers have everything dry by morning. There is a restaurant, a bar, an all-hours reception, laundry facilities and somewhere to leave bags. Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, towels, bathrobes and slippers all come as part of it. Beds are made before arrival; a mid-stay clean and an end-of-stay clean are included.
