A terrace with a private hot tub opens off this third-floor apartment, alongside a large furnished balcony. The Sundance is a five-star residence in the centre of Courchevel Moriond, a short walk from the slopes, opening for the 2026-27 season. Five bedrooms across 171 m² sleep ten (max eight adults), which suits a large group or several families travelling together.
The living room is open-plan, with a lounge and television alongside a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony and the terrace both open off the same space. A dishwasher and a Nespresso machine cover self-catering for a full house, and the residence has laundry facilities for a longer stay.
Four bedrooms have double beds, and a cabin-style room with a bunkbed makes the fifth, good for children or two friends sharing. Four bathrooms serve the apartment.
Downstairs, the residence's own spa adds a swimming pool, a second hot tub, a sauna, a steam room, a massage room and a fitness room, all of it there for easing tired legs after a day out.
Overnight the ski room's warmers dry the boots, and the skis and boards stay put. There is a restaurant, a bar, a reception staffed at any hour and a left-luggage room.
