At 258 m², this fifth-floor penthouse is the largest home at the Sundance, and a wood-burning fireplace sits at the centre of its living room. Five bedrooms sleep twelve (max eight adults), which gives multiple families travelling together room to spread out. In the centre of Courchevel Moriond, the five-star residence opens for the 2026-27 winter. A swimming pool, spa and hot tub sit within it, and the slopes are a short walk from the door.
The fireplace anchors a living room that also holds a lounge, a television and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Balconies open off it on more than one side, following the sun round the afternoon. Self-catering for twelve is kept simple by a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, with a washing machine and dryer for a longer stay.
Four bedrooms have double beds, and a dormitory with two bunkbeds makes the fifth, suiting children or friends sharing. Each of the five has its own bathroom.
Wellness at the residence runs to a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, with a massage room and a fitness room alongside. All of it is on hand to ease tired ski legs.
Boots go in the ski room, where the warmers have them dry for the morning and skis and boards stay out of the penthouse. Downstairs there is a restaurant, a bar, a reception staffed at any hour, laundry facilities and left luggage. Towels, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, bathrobes and slippers come as standard. Beds are made up before arrival, with both a mid-stay and an end-of-stay clean.
