Presentation
The centre of Courchevel Moriond starts at the door of the Sundance, with the ski school 20 metres away and the slopes a short walk beyond. Opening for the 2026-27 winter, the five-star residence has a swimming pool, spa and hot tub for the end of the day. Across 76 m² on the third floor, it sleeps eight (max four adults). That suits a larger family with children or friends travelling together.
There is a relaxed feel to the living area, where a lounge and television share the space with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine for the self-catering. Over a longer stay, a washing machine and dryer earn their place. Off the same room, a terrace catches the morning sun.
Sleeping splits between two double bedrooms and a cabin dormitory with two bunkbeds, giving children or friends sharing a room of their own. Two bathrooms serve the apartment.
The spa is somewhere to warm through when the skiing's done. There is a swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna and a steam room, with a massage room and a fitness room alongside.
Boot warmers in the ski room have the boots dry for morning and keep skis and boards out of the apartment. The residence adds a restaurant, a bar and a round-the-clock reception, with laundry facilities and left luggage as well. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, a hairdryer and Wi-Fi are all provided. Beds are made up before you arrive, with a mid-stay clean and an end-of-stay clean.
