With room for ten guests across 107 m², this third-floor apartment is one of the larger homes at the Sundance. The five-star residence opens for the 2026-27 winter in the centre of Courchevel Moriond, where a swimming pool, spa and hot tub wait at the end of the day. Sleeping ten (max six adults), it lends itself to multiple families sharing or a group of friends with children along. The slopes are a short walk away, with the ski school 20 metres from the door.
A large terrace runs off the living area, wide enough for the whole group to sit out. Inside, a lounge and television sit beside a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, keeping cooking and company in the same room. Self-catering for ten is easy enough, with a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.
Three double bedrooms and a cabin room with two bunkbeds make up the sleeping, the cabin working well for children or friends sharing. Three bathrooms serve the apartment.
Wellness at the Sundance runs to a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, with a massage room and a fitness room alongside. It is ready to ease tired ski legs after a long day on the mountain.
