Presentation
This second-floor apartment sleeps ten (max six adults) across four bedrooms, which makes it one for a larger family or friends travelling with children. The Sundance opens for the 2026-27 season, a five-star residence in the centre of Courchevel Moriond, a short walk from the slopes. A terrace opens off the living space, across 115 m². A swimming pool, a hot tub and a spa sit downstairs.
The living room holds a lounge and television alongside a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with the terrace off the same space. Self-catering is taken care of by a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, and the residence has laundry facilities for a longer stay.
Two bedrooms have double beds, and a third has a double too, though it is windowless. A cabin-style room with two bunkbeds takes the total to ten. All four bedrooms are en-suite.
Downstairs, the spa includes a swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a steam room, a massage room and a fitness room, and the pool is the part any children will make for. Kit goes into the ski room, where boot warmers do their work. Guests also have a restaurant, a bar, a reception staffed at any hour and somewhere to leave luggage. Towels, a hairdryer, Wi-Fi, bathrobes and slippers all come with it. The beds are made before arrival, and both a mid-stay and an end-of-stay clean are covered.
