Presentation
A wood-burning fireplace gives the living room of this sixth-floor apartment somewhere to gather once the skiing is done. Balconies open on more than one side. Four bedrooms across 104 m² sleep eight (max six adults). The Sundance opens for the 2026-27 winter, a five-star residence in the centre of Courchevel Moriond. A swimming pool, spa and hot tub are there to come back to. It suits a larger family, or friends with children in the party.
Lounge, television and fireplace share the space with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, so the cook is never out of the conversation. Beyond them, the balconies catch the light from more than one direction. Self-catering for eight is straightforward, with a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.
Two bedrooms have double beds and a windowless bedroom holds a third, while a cabin room with a bunkbed suits children or friends sharing. All four have en-suite bathrooms, giving everyone space to get ready in private.
The residence spa brings together a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room, with a massage room and a gym alongside. It is a welcome place to slow down after a day on the mountain.
Boot warmers in the ski room have everything dry by morning, and skis and boards stay out of the apartment. The residence runs a restaurant and a bar, with an all-hours reception, laundry facilities and left luggage. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, a hairdryer and Wi-Fi are included in the price. The beds are made before you get there, and both cleans, mid-stay and end-of-stay, are covered.
A fireplace inside and a pool, spa and hot tub in the residence give the Sundance two ways to wind down. This apartment particularly suits a larger family, or friends travelling with children, on a ski holiday in Courchevel.
