In the context of the current legal proceedings and the expert's note of 16/12/19, we thank you for complying with the following prohibition in view of the dangerousness noted:
4. Decision to ban all presence on balconies and on all floors
Considering the contradictory findings made during the judicial expert meeting of 11.12.19 on the balconies of 6 apartments representing 10% of the total number of apartments in the residence, which indicate proven damage, putting in question the solidity of the railings and by there, the safety of the people who would come to be there, considering the report of ANNECY STRUCTURES of 12.12.19, the report of SOCOTEC of 14.11.16 and the report of ARBORESCENCE of 03.01.17, it is advisable without delay to '' prohibit access to the residence balconies on all floors until further notice. We add that the tenon / montaise and metal posts / wooden posts are hidden, they can be damaged, which makes traffic on balconies even more dangerous. This prohibition is communicated to the owners and occupants of the apartments by any appropriate means: registered letter, display at the doors of access to the residence and at the doors of access to the balconies from the apartments.
