This duplex apartment in the Steamboat gives ski-in/ski-out access in the centre of Courchevel Moriond, in a five-star residence opening for the 2026-27 season. It spreads 118 m² over two floors and sleeps up to nine (max eight adults). Four bedrooms make it a comfortable fit for a larger family or a group of friends sharing. A swimming pool and spa give somewhere to ease tired legs after skiing.
The living room sits on the upper floor, with a lounge and television at one end and a semi-open plan kitchen at the other. Two balconies open off the same level, giving somewhere to sit out in the mountain air. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, which suits eating together as a group. A washing machine and dryer are on hand for longer stays.
Three of the four bedrooms have double beds. The fourth is a dormitory with a double bunk and a single bed above it, good for children or friends sharing. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, four in total, which keeps mornings straightforward for nine.
Downstairs, the spa holds a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room and a massage room, with a fitness room alongside, all of it there for easing tired legs after a day out. The ski room has boot warmers, so the boots are dry by morning and the skis stay out of the apartment.
