Presentation
The penthouse takes the top two floors of the Steamboat, with large furnished balconies on both and a private hot tub on the terrace. In the centre of Courchevel Moriond, ski-in/ski-out, the five-star residence opens for the 2026-27 season. The 253 m² penthouse has six bedrooms for 12. A large group or several families travelling together would fill it comfortably.
The living room stretches the width of the apartment, setting a lounge, a television and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen on one level. A wood-burning fireplace sits at its heart, and the mountains and village fill the windows on either side. A dishwasher and a Nespresso machine cover the self-catering for a full house, while a washing machine and dryer take care of a longer stay.
Every bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, six in all, spread across the two floors.
