Presentation
The 12R is a cosy, authentically decorated apartment on the twelfth floor of Résidence 1650, south-facing with a wonderful mountain view. Central in Courchevel Moriond, it opens onto the slopes from the building and sleeps six across a mezzanine layout. It works for a small family or friends travelling together, with the shops at the base of the building.
The equipped kitchen runs along one side of the living room, fitted with electric plates, an oven and a dishwasher among the kit, plus a washing machine for longer stays. A sofa, a double bed and a television gather by the large south balcony, which draws in the afternoon sun.
Up on the mezzanine, two cabins each hold a double bed, tucked under the eaves for a little privacy. On the ground floor, a bathroom with a tub and twin basins and a separate WC complete the layout.
Boots and skis stow in the residence's ski locker between outings. The booking covers fresh linen and bathroom products, with beds ready on arrival.
