Chalet Grande Roche is a vast 709 m² retreat in the Cospillot area of Courchevel 1850, set over four floors with a lift and built for up to 14 guests, an easy fit for an extended family or a sizeable group of friends. A full leisure floor anchors it, with a swimming pool, a steam room, a sauna and a terrace jacuzzi, plus a cinema room and a fully staffed team. The slopes sit 170 metres away, the resort centre a short walk beyond.
The main living floor centres on a fireplace shared between the lounge, dining room and bar, opening onto an east-facing terrace with the jacuzzi for the mountain air. Alongside it, a semi-professional kitchen is ready for the chef to cater on a group scale. Off the same level, a north-facing balcony and an outdoor sauna complete the floor.
Seven bedrooms sleep 14 across the upper floors. One family room pairs two doubles around a shared bathroom, with four further en-suite doubles alongside. The top-floor master keeps its own fireplace, a dressing room and an en-suite with a balneo bath, making six bathrooms in all.
