Presentation
Le Marquis is a 28 m² studio with a mezzanine on the third floor of its residence, near the snow front in Courchevel Moriond. A south-west balcony looks out across the mountains to Courchevel 1850, and the slopes are a short step from the door. It sleeps four, well placed for couples, friends or a solo skier, with the shops close by in the resort centre.
On the entrance level, the living area keeps a sofa bed and a dining space, with a kitchenette running along one side. Two ceramic plates, a fridge, an oven and a dishwasher among the kit cover relaxed self-catering, and the south-west balcony brings in the afternoon light.
Up on the mezzanine, a double bedroom is tucked above the living space for a little privacy. A bathroom and a separate WC complete the studio on the entrance level, keeping the layout practical for four.
A ski locker keeps boots and skis between outings, with a cellar for extra storage. Linen, bathroom products and made-up beds are provided, leaving guests to settle straight in.
