Presentation
An outdoor sauna on a wraparound balcony sets Chalet Caroline apart, with panoramic mountain and forest views from the peaceful edge of Courchevel La Tania. This catered apartment sits within a small residence and has five bedrooms for up to ten guests. A large family gathering or a big group of friends will feel right at home.
Contemporary styling gives the open living room a fresh, airy look, and a designer fireplace adds a cosy focus. Light pours in, and the outlook runs west to the opposite peaks, so drinks before dinner come with the sunset. The dining table and kitchen sit alongside, so you can chat with your host while the evening meal is prepared.
Every bedroom has its own en-suite. Three can be set up as doubles or twins, and a fourth double has a private bathroom. Off the living area, a windowless room with bunks has its own shower room, making five bathrooms in total.
Breakfast and afternoon tea are served every day. Five evenings bring dinner-party style meals with house wine, and a sixth is raclette night. That leaves one free to try Le Farçon or another restaurant in the village. Your host also cleans on five mornings.
The entrance has benches and lockers for skis, and boots dry overnight on the warmer. There's free parking beside the residence. Every room is on one level from the street, so a pushchair is simple to manage. Books, board games, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, towels and hairdryers are provided, plus lift pass delivery. Le Ski Lodge pub and the Saveurs des Alpes deli are a short walk along the access road into the village.
A sauna on the balcony and sunsets over the peaks make Chalet Caroline a characterful catered apartment in La Tania. For three generations under one roof or ten friends, it is a wonderful place to stay while exploring the linked slopes of the Three Valleys.
