Presentation
Le Kiriole sits at the foot of the slopes in the Belvédère district of Courchevel Moriond, with the Granges lift 50 metres away — genuine ski-in/ski-out. A sauna on the lower level eases tired legs at the end of the day. The 210 m² chalet runs over four floors and sleeps 12, with room for an extended family or a group of close friends.
The top floor opens onto a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a south-facing terrace with deck chairs. A fully equipped kitchen sits alongside, with an induction hob, dishwasher and raclette and fondue sets for sociable Alpine dinners. A dining table seats twelve.
Of the five bedrooms, two doubles on the ground floor come en-suite, with a bunk room for four alongside. Upstairs, the master has its own bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower, and a further double is en-suite. Five bathrooms in all serve the chalet.
The lower level holds the sauna, a laundry room and a ski room with boot and glove dryers plus a heated cupboard.
