We add that the tenon / montaise and metal posts / wooden posts are hidden, they can be damaged, which makes traffic on balconies even more dangerous. This prohibition is communicated to the owners and occupants of the apartments by any appropriate means: registered letter, display at the doors of access to the residence and at the doors of access to the balconies from the apartments.
