This two-bedroom apartment at Chalets Éléna faces the Mont Blanc massif from quiet Les Houches in the Chamonix Valley. You’re about 400 m from the pistes and the Bellevue cable car, with a regular shuttle to keep legs fresh. When the skiing’s done, the 1,000 m² wellness area steps in: indoor pool, sauna, hammam, whirlpool bath, fitness room and treatment cabins.
At around 3 rooms/ up to 6 people, the setup suits families or two couples with children. One bedroom has a double bed with its own bathroom, the second has two single beds, and the living room adds a sofa bed for two more. You’ll also find a second bathroom and a separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances—including a wine cellar—so quick breakfasts and relaxed dinners in are easy. Outside, a furnished balcony looks straight to the Mont Blanc range for coffee at first light and sunset drinks with a view.
Ski logistics are dialled in. Start warm and organised from the ski room with boot, glove and helmet dryers (plus a tea room), hop on the shuttle and you’re at the lifts in minutes. Need rentals or a tune? Skimium Cyprien Sports is 50 m from the residence.
Families are well catered for: the residence and resort carry the Famille Plus label, and you can borrow baby kit on request (cot, pushchair, changing table, bottle warmer, stool) to travel lighter.
